Senior Analysts
Senior Analysts serve as mentors and team leaders across specific asset classes - including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and specialized real estate (data centres, hotels, and life sciences). In this leadership role, Senior Analysts guide Analysts through technical training and professional development, equipping them with the core skills needed to navigate competitive internship recruitment cycles.
Analysts
Analysts are placed into specialized asset class teams under the direct mentorship of a Senior Analyst. In this role, participants complete hands-on financial modeling deliverables and practical assignments to apply key concepts, attend weekly educational modules, guest speaker series, and career panels, participate in case competitions, and build connections with industry professionals from leading firms.
