Events
Conceives and executes all WREC programming, including hands-on "how-to" workshops, asset class information sessions, speaker panels, and networking socials that bring theory into practice.
Internal Affairs
Manages member engagement and oversees WREC’s Analyst Program, hiring over 20 student analysts annually to research key real estate asset classes and produce comprehensive yearly reports - giving members practical, real-world industry experience.
Communications
Manages WREC’s brand presence, digital media, and member outreach. They run social media channels and ensure clear communication across campus to keep students informed on upcoming opportunities.
Finance
Oversees budget allocation, financial planning, and sponsorship funds. They ensure WREC remains well-resourced to execute all events throughout the academic year.
External Affairs
Serves as the primary bridge to the commercial real estate industry. They foster partnerships with sponsor firms, coordinate corporate visits, and bring working professionals into WREC’s network.
